The Service is intended solely for use by adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed or intended for use by children, and the calculator itself will not generate results for anyone who states they are under 18. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page, so please check back periodically. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Portion Perfect provides general calorie, macronutrient, and meal estimates for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is medical advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for guidance from a doctor or registered dietitian — particularly where allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements are involved.
Calorie and macro targets are calculated using standard nutrition formulas, and sample meal plans use an original recipe library written for Portion Perfect, with nutrition estimated using the UK government's CoFID dataset and USDA FoodData Central as reference sources. Diet-type and allergen tagging is applied using our own classification and has not been independently verified for every recipe. We make reasonable efforts to keep results accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" and calculations may occasionally be incorrect or out of date — please use your own judgement, especially for anything allergy-related or medically significant.

Any affiliate links will be clearly identified as such. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
The design, branding, recipes and code of the Service belong to Portion Perfect, except for the underlying nutrient reference data, which remains subject to the Open Government Licence v3.0 (Crown copyright, gov.uk / Public Health England) and USDA FoodData Central (public domain).
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portion Perfect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
