Portion Perfect provides a free online calorie and macronutrient calculator, along with meal suggestions, at portionperfect.co.uk ("the Service"). This policy explains what information is collected when you use the Service and why. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
The calculator itself runs entirely in your browser. The details you enter — age, weight, height, sex, activity level, goal, and diet type — are used only to calculate your results on your device and are never sent to, or stored on, our servers.
